Kings Square 1 is located within the Perth City Link precinct, on the corner of Kings & Wellington Streets. The site sits on top of Perth’s primary transport hub – the underground train station, and has created an extension of King Street linking St. George’s Terrace to Wellington Street. KS1 includes 22,600 square metres of commercial office space across 19 levels and ground floor retail area.
MPM have completed mechanical services works which have achieved a 5 star Green Star rating and a 5 star NABERS rating. The works included the supply and installation of VAV boxes, exhaust systems, air handling units, water cooled packaged units, central plant hydronic system of CCW, CHW, HW, central plant including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps and heat exchangers.
This project was completed in October 2015.
