The Mandoon Estate Winery project is located at Lots 10 & 215 Harris Road, Caversham.
The project consisted of the function building containing wine tasting, brewery, restaurant, administration and function spaces.
The scope of works was to provide mechanical services consisting of airconditioning, local and general mechanical ventilation systems.
MPM carried out the design and construct of the mechanical services which included:
- Reverse cycle ducted VRF systems
- Kitchen exhaust systems
- Controls
The project was completed in 2014.
