The Rendezvous Hotel is located at The Esplanade, Scarborough, Western Australia.
MPM carried out the design and construct requirements of the mechanical services installation comprising the complete design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation on site of air conditioning and mechanical services plant.
Works consisted of alterations and additions to amenities air handling units and fan coil units and first fix for retail stores, function rooms, lobby, bars/ restaurants and back of house.
The project was completed in 2014.
