Acacia Prison is located in Great Eastern Highway, Wooroloo. The prison complex comprises of numerous administrative, educational, health, recreational and accommodation buildings.
The site is conditioned primarily via DX type air conditioning of both a VRV and standard type systems, evaporative cooling and gas heating. A site wide BMS integrates the control of the high security specifications to withstand cyclonic conditions.
These works were conducted whilst the existing site was fully functional.
This project was completed in 2014.
