ONE30 Stirling Street incorporates four floors of commercial office space, four levels of car parking (500 car bays) and three ground floor retail tenancies.This modern ‘A’ grade office building is designed to meet 4.5-star ABGR and 4 Green Star performance criteria.

The following energy efficient mechanical service systems have been incorporated.

Central Plant

Central water cooled chiller plant at roof level comprising of two water cooled centrifugal chillers with a nominated capacity of 700KW each, operating on R134A refrigerant.

Air Handling Units

A floor by floor air handling arrangement has been installed to provide primary air to the active chilled beams. This way, tenants with differing operating hours and profiles are able to switch AHU’s to their floor without having to turn on systems to the entire building.
