Westralia Plaza is a 13 storey office building located at 167 St. George’s Terrace in Perth central business district. The building is designed to achieve a 4 star GreenStar rating.
The building is conditioned via a variable air volume chilled and heating water system with full economy cycle. Cooling is provided via two roof mounted water cooled PowerPax chillers connected to two high efficiency cooling towers.
Heating is provided via two roof mounted gas fired boilers. A tenant condenser water loop is installed for future tenant supplementary air conditioning. The two level basement car park is mechanically ventilated via a ducted system.
