Brookfield Place Tower 2 is a commercial development in the Perth CBD and forms part of Brookfield Place. The tower is 16 levels with “Premium Grade” PCA commercial accommodation – typical floor plates 2,100 square metres with approximately 34,000 square metres of lettable area.
MPM completed the mechanical services works and achieved a 5 star Green Star rating and a 5 star NABERS base building energy rating. The work included supply and installation of VAV boxes, exhaust and make up systems air handling units, chillers and water cooled package units
This project was completed in 2015.
