The Warnbro Shopping Centre is located on Warnbro Sound Avenue, Warnbro.
The project involved the extension of the existing shopping centre, comprising of an additional 27 tenancies, 4 kiosks in the new mall and a Big W store.
MPM carried out the design and construct requirements of the mechanical services which included the supply and installation of the following:
Airconditioning via DX systems to mall and specialty shops. Big W brief.

- Electrical
- Pipework
- Controls with fully integrated BMS
This project was completed in 2014.
