The Lakelands Shopping Centre is located 65km south of Perth CBD, close to Mandurah and includes a 5000 metre square Coles supermarket, K-Mart, library, childcare centre and more than 40 specialty shops.
MPM were contracted to supply and install the mechanical services which included:
- Roof top packages
- Split systems
- General ventilation
- Smoke exhaust
- Heating water and associated pumps / boiler
- Chilled water and associated pumps / chiller
- Water treatment
- Commissioning
- BMS
This project was completed in July 2017
