The Carousel Shopping Centre is located in Cannington on Albany Highway. The new retail works include the creation of three levels of retail,new ground floor mall a new entertainment and leisure precinct with the addition of major and mini major tenancies. Final additional NLA 30,906 square metres. Works include upgrade to the existing centre, final NLA 107,28 square metres.

MPM have been contracted to design, supply and install mechanical services including:

Design and lead co-ordination
Major plant including chillers and cooling towers
Chilled water system
Air conditioning
Heating
Smoke control
BMS
Restaurant exhaust

The project is due for completion August 2018.
