Capital Square Podium and carpark are located on the Old Emu Brewery site on Mounts Bay Road, Perth. The Podium building consists of an auditorium, end of trip facility, four levels tenancy offices, five levels of carparks and two tenancy levels. The project targeted a 5 star Green Star design and 5 star NABERS energy rating.
MPM have been contracted to supply the mechanical services which includes:
- Air handing unit
- Fan coil units
- Air cooled reverse cycle chiller
- Ventilation fans
- CHW/HHW systems
- BMS control systems
This project is due for completion in November 2017
