The Singleton Village Shopping Centre is located on Mandurah Road, Karnup and includes a Woolworths supermarket, specialty shops, medical centre, service station and fast food outlets.
MPM were contracted to supply the mechanical services which included:
- Roof top packages
- Split systems
- Heating water and associated pumps / boiler
- Chilled water and associated pumps / chiller
- General ventilation
- Smoke exhausts
- Water treatment
- BMS control systems
- Commissioning
This project was completed in November 2017.
