As a critical operation facility the mechanical services have been duplicated for the Data Centres, UPS Rooms and Operations Floor.
The building is served via two 1MW water cooled centrifugal chiller and two 360kW air cooled screw chillers. The operations floor is served via two AHU’s delivery conditioned air via a floor displacement system.
The data centres and UPS rooms are conditioned via duty stand-by chilled water close control computer room air conditioning units. Offices and meeting rooms are served via variable air volume (VAV) chilled and heating water system.
