The State Administration Tribunal is located on Hay Street, Perth. MPM were contracted to carry out fitout to 11 storeys of the building which included upgrading the main plant with supplementary chillers. The upgrade also included:
- Supplementary CHW fan coil units
- Outside air to CHW fan coil units
- Exhaust systems
- BMS upgrade
- CRAC units to comms room
This project was completed in 2015.
